I provide private online lessons of beginning and intermediate classical, jazz and pop piano along with music theory.. My online lessons are enhanced with interactive apps and technology to make learning fun. Youtube videos are used to introduce new pieces and as tutorials when needed.
World Music and improvisation classes will include discussions on music theory and explore the characteristics of music from diverse traditional cultures across the globe.

I am an experienced piano teacher with a Master’s Degree in Ethnomusicology (study of world Music). My lessons include learning classical piano along with world music and creativity. The private lessons are designed to meet the individual goals and learning styles of each student.
A group Zoom class on Chinese music is scheduled for June 1, 2024, 3 pm.
